MONROE -- Peyton Irene DuBois, three months, of Monroe died Friday, Dec. 12, at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Third Reformed Church in Pella with the Revs. Kevin Korver and Drew Schmidt officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Pella. Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella is handling arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at the Third Reformed Church. A memorial fund has been established at First Federal Bank, 108 East Washington, Monroe 50170.

The daughter of Robert and Lisa DuBois, she was born Sept. 17 in Pella. She was baptized in the Third Reformed Church in Pella.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Gavin; grandparents, Paul and Nancy Dykstra of Monroe, Sue and Vick Friskey of La Salle, Ill.; great-grandparents, Alberta Backus of Newton, Kay Du Bois of Castro Valley, Calif., Roberta Klein and the Rev. Kenneth and Tena Dykstra, all of Pella; and two aunts.
