Monroe News – Mr. Alfred Currier, 70, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, at the Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton following a lingering illness due to heart ailment. Funeral services were held on Friday at the Methodist Church with Rev. George Pennington officiating. Burial was in the Monroe Cemetery.
