Services Wednesday For W. McReynolds
Wilson McReynolds, 45, native of Jasper county, died at 2 a.m. Monday at University hospital at Iowa City.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Monroe Methodist church with the Rev. Orin Young officiating.
Survivors are his wife, Marjorie; four daughters, Peggy, Barbara Jean, Linda and Wilma McReynolds; a son, Herman McReynolds of Newton; four sisters, Mrs. Erma Alloway of Newton, Mrs. Leo Rojohn of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Noel Rojohn of Runnells, and Mrs. Everett Shaw of Des Moines; and four brothers, Earl of Prairie City, Grant of Runnells, and Dale and Sammy of Des Moines.
His parents, a brother and a daughter preceded him in death.
He was born to Jamina Helvin and Charles McReynolds near Fairmont in Jasper county May 4, 1913, and married Marjorie Thomasson in 1939 at Montezuma. He had worked at Automatic Washer Co., Maytag Co., Newton Foundry and also did some farming. He was a member of the Methodist church.

Final Rites – Funeral services for Wilson McReynolds, 45, were held Wednesday afternoon at the Monroe Methodist Church with Rev. Orin Young officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie, four daughters, Peggy, Barbara, Linda, Wilma and one son, Herman. Also four brothers, Earl of Prairie City, Grant at Runnells and Dale and Sammy of Des Moines and four sisters, Mrs. Erma Alloway of Newton, Mrs. Leo Rojohn of Fort Dodge, Mrs. Noel Rojohn of Runnells and Mrs. Everett Shaw of Des Moines.
