Monroe – Melville Zerley, 56, passed away December 2 at the Zerley homestead west of Monroe which is also the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Rae Zerley.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. M. T. Morton of Estherville, Ia., and two brothers, Delbert of Adelphi, Iowa, and Rae of Monroe, and nine nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday at the Monroe Baptist church with the pastor, M. J. Carlson in charge. Burial was in Monroe cemetery.
