Mrs. John De Hoedt Passed Away Dec. 21
Word has been received in this city of the death of Mrs. John De Hoedt of Monroe at the Mercy hospital, Des Moines, on Wednesday, Dec. 21. Mrs. De Hoedt is a sister of Mrs. B. H. Van Ness, formerly of Pella, but now residing in Monroe.
We have no particulars concerning the death and funeral of Mrs. De Hoedt other than interment took place in Monroe. She was well and favorably known in this city, where she had visited on several occasions.
