Mrs. Francis Pulver (Dessie Gulling) of near Vandalia died Wednesday June 12 at the Lutheran Hospital. Her funeral was held at the Baptist church Thursday afternoon with burial at Vandalia. She had 6 children.

Mrs. Pulver Dies
Funeral services for Mrs. Francis Pulver, 61, of Prairie City were held Thursday afternoon at the First Baptist church in Monroe with Rev. Russell Ferrell officiating. Mary Vriezelaar and Coralee Woody in a duet sang “Good Night, and Good Morning,” and the “Old Rugged Cross,” organist was Mrs. Devayne Honnold. Mrs. Pulver is survived by her husband, and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Glenn Daugherty, Walter Daugherty, John Green, Melvin Green, Keith Gulling and Melvin Wicker. Mrs. Glenn Daugherty, Mrs. Marvin Ingle and Mrs. Kathryn Van Manen were in charge of the flowers. Burial was in the Vandalia Cemetery, Prairie City.
