Kevin Lee Enderson, 29, of Prairie City, a lifelong resident of Jasper County, died Friday, April 12, 1996, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines from injuries suffered in a head-on car-pickup collision near Prairie City.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 16, at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. The Rev. Jill Flyr, pastor of the Colfax United Methodist Church, conducted services. Interment took place in McKeever Cemetery, north of Colfax.
Surviving are his parents, John and Leatha Iske Enderson of Colfax; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann (Mrs. Jeff) McCoy of Milo and Mary (Mrs. Kenny) Weston of Mingo; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Doug and Crystal of Valeria and David and Janice of Indianola.
A resident of Prairie City for the past five years, he was an employee of Tone Brothers in Des Moines.
He was a longtime resident of Colfax and a 1984 graduate of Colfax High School.
Memorials to the Organ Donor foundation will be accepted.
