Rites for Mrs. S. Woods Will Be Held Thursday

Tranna May Young Woods

Funeral rites for Mrs. Sherman Woods of Kellogg will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning from the James Funeral Home in Grinnell.

Rev. B. F. Finch, pastor of the Pleasant View church of which Mrs. Woods has been a lifelong member, will officiate.

Mrs. Woods died at the St. Francis hospital in Grinnell early Monday morning. She had been ill for five weeks. ~ Newton Daily News January 20, 1948
