Henry Paget, 53, Dies; Rites Here Sunday Afternoon

Henry Paget

Funeral services for Henry Paget, 53 year old former Maytag factory employe who died near Newton Friday, will be conducted from the Murdoch Funeral home Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Dr. E. P. Gabriel, pastor of the First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Colfax Cemetery.

Mr. Paget, who had been in poor health for ten years, was born on July 7, 1890, at What Cheer, Ia. He had been a resident of Jasper county for approximately 30 years.

Immediate surviving relatives include his father, H. Paget of Muscatine, Ia; four brothers, Yance of Newton, Arthur and Paul of Davenport, and Lewis of Indianola; and two sisters, Mrs. Flora Bailey of Conesville and Mrs. John Lucas of Muscatine. He was preceded in death several years ago by his wife, the former Nellie Brant.
