Death of an Aged Lady in Palo Alto
Longreen, Mrs. Louis (Anna Nelson)

Mrs. Louis Longreen, of Palo Alto Township, died at her home on Tuesday morning, Oct. 8th, at the ripe old age of 76 years. She was a native of Sweden, but has resided in this county for a number of years. In her youth she united with the Lutheran Church, and her long life has been full of good works and Christian grace. Beside her aged companion she leaves three children, ­ Mrs. Anna Lee and Messrs. Enock and Charles Longreen ­ to mourn the loss of a faithful wife and tender loving mother. The remains were laid to rest in Wild Cat (Palo Alto) Cemetery, on Wednesday, after funeral services at in the United Presbyterian Church.
