Lock, Mrs. Charles

Mrs. John Saldridge and Alva Lock have received the sad news of the death of their sister-in-law, Mrs. Charles Lock, which occurred at her home in Kent, Neb., on Sunday, the 16th inst. (of this month), resulting from an operation for an abscess of the brain, from which she had been a great sufferer. Mrs. Lock leaves a husband and two daughters, the younger being 17 years of age. Deceased was a good Christian woman and a faithful member of the Congregational Church for many years. Charlie Lock was an Iowa soldier and served in the 7th Iowa Cavalry during the Civil War.
