Jay, Eliza (White)

Mrs. Eliza A. White, Mrs. Dora S. Sylvester and Charles H. Jay were called upon to mourn the death of their mother, Friday, October 17, 1919.

Eliza A. White was born in North Carolina in 1844 and moved to Indiana when two years old, where she lived until 1854, when she came to Iowa. She was united in marriage with E. W. Jay of Lynnville in February, 1864, where she lived until her death. She is 74 years, 11 months and 17 days old.

Those left to mourn her loss besides Mrs. Sylvester and Chas. Jay, both of this city, are Arthur Jay of Kellogg, Homer P. Jay of Lynnville, and her husband."
