Robert H. Warner, one of the oldest residents of Colfax, died Monday morning. He was 80 years old; born in Tennessee; came to Iowa from Illinois before the war and 38 years ago moved to Colfax. He leaves a wife, and a married son, Mr. Louis Warner, who lives near his father's place south of town. Mr. Warner had been a great sufferer from asthma for several years; about two years ago he went blind, and immediate cause of his death was dry gangrene. The funeral wervice was conducted at the home by Rev. Miles on Wednesday afternoon. Oak Hill in Colfax.

They are all the children of William and Margaret (Howard) Warner.
