Addie Harper, eight-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Harper, northwest of town, died last Thursday. Addie had just recovered from the measles when she was attacked with inflammatory rheumatism, which caused her death.

Funeral services were held at the home at 11 o’clock Friday, conducted by J. A. Macy of Colfax, after which they took the remains of their little one to Mitchellville for interment. Mr. and Mrs. Harper have passed through deep affliction during the past winter, and are deserving of the sympathy of everybody.
