Wm. Foster, the aged father of Mrs. G. M. Cowles of Monroe, died in Omaha last week. The remains were brought to Monroe where the funeral services were held on Friday. Mr. Foster was seventy-five years of age, and was for many years a prominent businessman of Monroe.
