Gladys (De Kock) Vande Haar, of Pella, formerly of Leighton, died Tuesday, June 29, at Pella Regional Health Center -- Long Term Care Unit in Pella.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Ebenezer Reformed Church in Leighton with the Rev. Dean M. Ulmer officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Leighton. Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella is handling arrangements.

Visitation will be all day Sunday at the funeral home where the family will be present from 3 to 5 p.m. Memorials will be accepted to the Greater Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. ~ Newton (IA) Daily News, Thursday, July 1, 2004
