ESTHERVILLE -- Harry Albert Linn, 90, of Estherville died Sunday, July 4, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Colfax. Graveside services will be held at Colfax Cemetery.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the church.

The son of Herman Albert Linn and Ida (Dalen) Linn, he was born May 28, 1914, in Lewistown, Mont. On Jan. 1, 1938, he married Buena Marie Wolfe. She died Nov. 13, 1983. He later married Neomi Linn in November 1986.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Karen Parks of Colfax; a son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Delores Linn Jr. of Bondurant; four step-daughters and their famillies; two brothers, Alfred Linn and Goodwin Linn, both of Estherville; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, four brothers, a son-in-law, a grandson and a great-granddaughter. ~ Newton (IA) Daily News, Tuesday, July 6, 2004
