PELLA -- Mildred J. Kuyk, 94, of Pella died Thursday, Aug. 26, in the Hospice of Pella Comfort House in Pella.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, at 10:30 a.m. at Second Reformed Church in Pella with the Rev. Sophie Mathonnet-Vander Well and the Rev. Steve Mathonnet-Vander Well officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Pella. Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella is handling arrangements.
