3-Year-Old Boy Dies at Hospital
Kenneth Wayne Trout Dies Just Six Months After His Father, Jasper Trout
Kenneth Wayne Trout, 3-year-old son of Mrs. Doloras Lamb Trout, died today at 1 a.m. at the Skiff Memorial Hospital, just six months after the death of his father, Jasper Trout. The deaths occurred on the same date and at the same hour.
The child was taken ill Monday night and submitted to an operation for a ruptured appendix at the hospital on Tuesday night.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Morgan Funeral Home by the Rev. H. LeRoy Kinser, pastor of the First Christian church. Interment will be in the Newton Union cemetery.
The boy was born July 27, 1933.
Surviving relatives include his mother; two brothers, Jasper Jr., and Robert Gerald; a sister, Nadine Esther; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Price Lamb of Newton and his paternal grandmother in Florida.

Conduct Funeral Services in City for Kenneth Trout
Funeral services for Kenneth Wayne Trout 3-year-old son of Mrs. Doloras Trout, were conducted from the Morgan funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. H. Leroy Kinser, pastor of the Christian church.
Music was furnished by Lucille Philips, who sang, “Precious Jewels” and “Out of the Ivory Palaces.” She was accompanied by Mrs. Ben Lyons.
Burial was made in the Newton Union cemetery, with the following serving as pallbearers: Dale, Clair and Wayne Altemeier and L. Leeper.
The child died Thursday morning at the Skiff hospital, following an operation on Tuesday for a ruptured appendix.
Surviving relatives are his mother; two brothers, Jasper Jr., and Robert Gerald; and a sister, Nadine Esther. His father, Jasper Trout, died just six months ago.
