PELLA -- Johanna Olivier Slykhuis, 83, of Pella died at her home Thursday, Oct. 13, 2004.

Funeral services were held today at Heartland Reformed Church in Pella. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery in Pella. Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella is handling arrangements.

Memorials will be accepted in her name or to Heartland Reformed Church.
