COLFAX -- Marjorie E. Ingraham, 75, of Colfax died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Colfax First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Colfax Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after 2 p.m. at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Marjorie E. Ingraham Memorial Fund.

The daughter of Marvin H. and Dorothy E. (Wade) Howell, she was born Aug. 12, 1929, in Goldfield. She graduated from Colfax High School in 1947. On June 18, 1948, she married Marvin M. Ingraham. A life-long resident of Colfax, she owned and operated the M & M Variety Store in Colfax for several years. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, doll collecting and antiques.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Chardell and Chuck Stiffler of Papillion, Neb., and Mardell and Jim Tomlonovic of Colfax; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Pam and Terry R. and Kathy, all of Colfax; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Joann Cummings of Colfax; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Florence Howell of Newton and Marvin and Lorraine Howell of Walnut.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Darlene Plummer.
