PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Robert E. "Bob" Haning, 81, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Colfax, died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, in Phoenix.

A memorial service will be held Monday in Phoenix. Memorials in his name may be left at Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton.

Local survivors include his brother, Richard C. "Dick" Haning of Newton.
