Mrs. Thomas (Mary Jane “Jennie”) Wilson, 85, of Colfax died Thursday, May 10, at the Clearview Manor in Prairie City.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Colfax.
Father Edward Susic, pastor of the church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Colfax Cemetery.
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today, May 11, at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Harry and Morris, both of Colfax; three daughters, Mrs. William (Elizabeth) Gay of Des Moines, Mrs. Ernest (Marguerite) Hamer of Colfax and Mrs. Merrill (Mary) Schroder of Colfax; 27 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ed (Loretta) Wilson of Melcher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, a son, four brothers and a sister. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Rosary Society of the church.
The daughter of James and Laura Adams Warrick, she was born June 7, 1898 in Oswalt.
She was married Jan. 30, 1916 in St. Joseph, Mo.
