The community received the greatest shock we have had in years past, when the phones carried the message Saturday evening, that Mrs. Edd Wray had taken her own life at her home at Goddard. She was a woman well known here having been born and raised here and had spent most of her useful life near Goddard. She took faithful and untiring care of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Pierce. She and her husband were comfortably located in their little home near Goddard. She was dearly loved by her family and brothers and sisters.
