Services Were held Monday for J. Fouch
Funeral services for John Fouch, 60, of Pleasantville, a former resident of Monroe, were held Monday afternoon at the Monroe Methodist Church.
The Rev. Orin Young, minister of the church, conducted the services. Burial was in Monroe cemetery.
Mrs. June LeGrand was the organist.
Pallbearers were Howard Worthington, Orin Clark, Ferris Baysinger, John Dryer, Clarence Walker and Cleo Wright.
Crumpacker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fouch, who died Saturday at his farm home near Pleasantville is survived by his wife; two sons, Darrel of LaPlata, Mo., and Clyde of Knoxville; a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Joyce) Cox of Knoxville; his father, Clyde Fouch of Newton; three grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother, park and a grandson, John Cox, and his first wife.
The son of Clyde and Fannie Fouch, he was born April 12, 1902, at Monroe.
He was married to Lois Macy April 25, 1923. She preceded him in death November 2, 1951.
He was married to the former Minnie Sheeler April 16, 1961.
