Mrs. Harry Cutler Dies in Des Moines; Services Monday

Mrs. Harry M. (Dotta) Cutler, 78, of Des Moines, a former resident of Jasper County, died Thursday morning at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

Mrs. Cutler had been ill for several months.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines and at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Morgan Loehr Funeral Home in Newton.

The Rev. Dorsie Ivy, minister of the Wittembery Congregational Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Cutler is survived by her husband; two sisters, Ruth McDonald of Des Moines and mrs. Maude Iske of Newton and a brother, Hugh Robertson of Sacramento, Calif.

She was a member of the Congregational Church.

Mrs. Cutler, born April 24, 1885 in Newton, resided in the Wittemberg neighborhood until 17 years ago when she moved to 2914 51st St. in Des Moines. ~ The Newton Daily News, Newton, Iowa, July 12, 1963, page 6.

Note: She is buried in Newton Union Cemetery. Her parents were Thomas Robertson and Mary Puffer.
