Mrs. K. Shriner Dies Wednesday
Funeral Services For Reasnor Woman to be Held Friday Afternoon
Mrs. Katherine Shriner died this morning at her home in Reasnor, after an illness of 10 weeks resulting from a fall in which she sustained a broken hip. She was 92 years of age.
Mrs. Shriner had been a resident of Reasnor for the past 25 years. She was born in Northumberland county, Pennsylvania and came to Iowa when a young woman. Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. Sally Good, of Reasnor, Mrs. Charles Malmberg of Newton, Olive Shriner and Amelia Shriner, and one son, William Shriner of Reasnor.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Friday afternoon at the Methodist church in Reasnor and will be in charge of Rev. Arms. Burial will be made in the Newton cemetery.
