Chauncie Kintz Dies at Colfax; Services Pending
Colfax – Chauncie G. Kintz, 83, retired Colfax contractor, died this morning at his home in Colfax.
Walters Funeral Home in Colfax is in charge of arrangements which have not been completed.
The Rev. Anthony Pettrone, minister of the Colfax Christian Church will conduct the services. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery near Baxter.
Mr. Kintz is survived by two sons, Russell of Colfax and Loren of Torrence, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Nora Pollard of Colfax; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister and his wife.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. George Kintz, he was born Nov. 26, 1881 at Mingo.
A lifetime resident of the Colfax community, he was married to Margaret Hoy April 6, 1903.

Colfax – Funeral services for Chauncie Kintz, 83, retired Colfax contractor, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Colfax Christian Church.
The Rev. Anthony Pettrone, minister of the church, will conduct the services.
