NEWTON, IA. - Services for Inez E. Bailey, 85, of Newton, who died of a heart ailment Friday at Skiff Memorial Hospital here, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Newton Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Iowa and lived in Newton since 1931. She as a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Newton.

Survivors include a brother, Mark McPherren of Newton; two sisters, Grace Dworzak of Blair, Neb., and Beverly Remter of Lincoln, Neb.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. today and may visit with the family from 2 to 4 pm. today at Wallace Pence Funeral Home here. ~ The Des Moines Register, Sun 7 Oct 1984.
