Nancy Fitzgerald Wilson, daughter of Thomas and Nancy Fitzgerald was born near Vanceburg, Ky. June 8, 1832. In the spring of 1846 she with her parents moved to Iowa locating near Monroe. She was married at Red Rock, April 8, 1849 to J. Scott Wilson. Soon after her marriage she and her husband moved to a farm near Otley, where they resided many years and where her husband died in 1889. She was the mother of ten children, three of whom, Samuel, Loren and Homer, died some years ago. The seven children remaining live in dif (cut off)
