Services Held
Services were held on Monday, Nov. 27 in Newton for Anna Mae Van Baale Wells of Colfax. Burial was in Silent City Cemetery in Monroe. She died at her home in Colfax on November 24.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence Wells, 2 sons and 2 daughters and several grandchildren; also 3 brothers, Horace, Wendell, and Darrell. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Nathella and Bessie.
The daughter of John Martin and Evan Gladys Oldham Van Baale, she was born in Monroe on October 28, 1934.
