Services Held
Funeral services were held recently in Ames for Joyce Voelker, 60, who died following complications from brain surgery she had undergone in February. Burial was at Iowa State University Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband Donald, two sons, three daughters, and six grandchildren.
Born at Leighton, Mrs. Voelker was a former Monroe resident during the time her husband was a Vo-Ag instructor in the Monroe school system.
