Services Held
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 12, 1987, for Beverly Sheeler at the United Methodist Church in Monroe. Rev. Jerry McGee officiated with interment in Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Mrs. Robert (Beverly Eileen) Sheeler, the daughter of Mark M. and Thelma Caulkins Woody was born east of Monroe on November 10, 1928 and entered into rest December 9, 1987 at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa.
On October 6, 1950 she was united in marriage to Robert W. Sheeler at Tools Chapel Church in rural Monroe. To this union were born two children, MarKay Denise and Wade Eugene.
Surviving Mrs. Sheeler are her son Wade, two brothers Dean M. of Monroe and John E. of Newton.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, MarKay, her mother, Thelma and her father, Mark.
