Services Set For Mrs. Alta Shannon
Funeral services for Mrs. Alta Shannon will be held Friday, May 17, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Monroe.
Rev. John N. Porter, minister of the church, will officiate. Burial will be at Vandalia Cemetery.
Alta Grace, wife of Henry E. Shannon, was born July 3, 1898 in Polk County. She passed away May 14 at Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton.
