Funeral services for Charlotte Pearl Ross, 88, of Knoxville, were held Thursday, April 3, 1997, at the Bybee and Davis Funeral Home. Burial was in Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville.
She died Monday, March 31, 1997, at the West Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville.
A longtime resident of Jasper County, Mrs. Ross was born the daughter of Joseph and Jennie Belt Warner, born December 17, 1908, in Jasper County.
She was married to Edgar Ross November 14, 1926 at her parents home near Ira.
Mrs. Ross was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Knoxville.
Survivors include two daughters, Etta Belle Lewis, and Robinette De Reus, both of Monroe; a son, Dale Ross of Des Moines; 21 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two daughters, three sisters; two brothers; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
