Tony Ray Robison, Jr. age 64, of Monroe, died Wednesday, October 8, 2008, at his home. Funeral services were held on Saturday, October 11, 2008, at the Community of Christ Church in Monroe. Burial will be at Dunreath Cemetery at a later date.

The son of Tony Ray Robison, Sr. and Alice Blanche (Clark) Robison-Simbro, Tony was born on April 10, 1944, in Des Moines, Iowa. Tony worked at Maytag for 30 years retiring in 1990. On July 30, 1999, he was united in marriage to Deanna Dennis in Knoxville.
Survivors are his wife, Deanna of Monroe; his children, Michel (Mike) Quick of Ankeny, Jackie (Jeff) Pezzetti of West Des Moines, and Tony R. “Brother” (Ruth) Robison, III of Des Moines; stepsons, Mike (Veda) Taylor of Des Moines, Greg Taylor of Marion, Iowa, and Doug (Jeni) Taylor of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his grandchildren, David, Jasmyne, Joseph, Chayse, Hudson, Stephanie, Amanda, Danielle, Tammatha, Dylan and Keith; two great grandchildren, Gage and Kyla; a brother in law, Barry (Nina) Arnett and many nieces nephews, cousins, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a stepdaughter, Tammatha Taylor.
