Services were held for Celia Caroline Mohler on Friday, Nov. 23, 1984 at the Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. Elder Arthur Nichols and Elder Arlan Amsberry officiated. Interment was in the Swan Cemetery, Marion County, Iowa.
Celia Caroline Mohler, daughter of Henry G. and Alice (Falor) Reeves, was born July 12, 1891 in Adair County, Iowa. She died Nov. 20, 1984 at the Knoxville Area Community Hospital.
As a child she lived in Warren County, Iowa and taught school in Warren County for two years before her marriage. On March 8, 1911 she was married to Fred A. Mohler at Pleasantville, Iowa. Two sons were born, Carl R. and Delbert W.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
Survivors include two sons, Carl of Monroe and Delbert of Knoxville; 2 daughters-in-laws, 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
