Life Story of Mrs. Pat Metcalf
Services for Mrs. Pat (Florence Gail) Metcalf, 78, of Reasnor, a lifelong resident of the Reasnor community were held Tuesday at Toland-Wallace Funeral Home in Newton.
The Rev. James Stiles, pastor of the United Methodist Church, Reasnor, officiated and burial was in Palo Alto Cemetery.
Surviving are her widower and a sister, Huldah Woody of Reasnor.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Merrill, Ralph and Clifford Woody.
Mrs. Metcalf, a member of the Reasnor United Methodist Church, was born November 26, 1891, in the Tool’s Chapel community, the daughter of Morgan and Sarah Barnes Woody.
She was married December 18, 1919, at Newton.
