Services for Helen M. McCuen 76 of Des Moines, who died Friday, January 2, 1987 at a Des Moines hospital, were held January 5th at the Wallace-Pence Funeral Home in Newton. Burial was in Griffis Cemetery near Prairie City.
The daughter of Chester W. and Mary Eva Cadwallader McCuen, she was born Feb. 7, 1910 in Monroe.
Preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters, she is survived by a sister, Ruth L. McCuen of Des Moines.
