Jack Lavern Kingery, 65, of Des Moines, passed away October 28, 2005, at Carlisle Care Center. The son of Floyd and Margaret (Banks) Kingery, Jack was born in Monroe, Iowa, and graduated from Monroe High School in 1958.
A Memorial gathering for Jack was held Monday, October 31, 2005, at the American Legion in Monroe.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Carlisle Care Center or Hospice of Iowa.
Jack is survived by a daughter, Lori Storm and husband, Lloyd, 2 sons, Kavin Kingery and wife Jodie and Kenny Kingery all of Monroe. Four grandchildren, Colt and Dalton Kingery, Kasey Kingery and Shawnee Storm. Also surviving is a sister, patty Joan Hewitt and Jim of Monroe.
His parents and brother preceded him in death.
