Services Held
Funeral services for Kenneth E. Kingdon, 68, of Monroe were held Monday, August 29, 1988 at the Monroe Presbyterian Church.
Revs. Roger and Gretchen Graf, co-pastor of the church conducted services. Burial was in the Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
He died Thursday at the University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Survivors are his wife, Mary, and a son, Matthew of Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a twin brother, Keith.
The son of Ray and Lela Oldham Kingdon, he was born Oct. 1, 1919, in Monroe and was married to Mary Sheeler June 1, 1946 in Troy, Kan.
