Graveside services for Estel M. Keller of Monroe were held Wednesday, August 9, 2006, at Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Estel M. Keller, age 85 of Monroe, died Sunday, August 6, 2006, at Pella Regional Health Center Long Term Care.
Memorials may be given to the Tools Point Park Equipment Project and online condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com.
The daughter of Dean & Clara (Plock) Reed, Estel was born on June 9, 1921, in York, Nebraska. On January 5, 1945 she was united in marriage to Victor E. Keller. Estel was a member of the Monroe United Methodist Church, the Women of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary. Estel enjoyed playing Bingo.
Survivors are her three children, Betty Karr of Monroe, Jerry Keller of Virginia and Ben Keller of Marshalltown, a daughter-in-law, Elaine Keller of Monroe, 15 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband in 1986, two sons, Dennis in 1965 and Robert in 2002
