Mrs. Graham, 73, Dies
Funeral for Prairie City Woman to Be Held Saturday
PRAIRIE CITY - Mrs. W. E. Graham, 73, died Thursday, March 12, at her home near Prairie City, following a two weeks illness of uremic poisoning.
She is survived by her husband and three sons: Charles and George Graham of Prairie City and Fred Graham, athlete coach at Ft. Dodge, Ia.; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Other close relatives are three brothers: Ira Waggoner of Des Moines, Chancey Waggoner of Mitchellville, Herbert Waggoner of Prairie City; and three sisters: Mrs. Andrew Bruce of Newton, Mrs. Glen Kellums of Prairie City and Miss Florence Waggoner who has made her home for 45 years with the Graham family.
Mrs. Graham was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Woman's Relief Corp, and of the First Methodist church.
Mr. and Mrs. Graham observed their Golden Wedding anniversary in January of this year.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday at the First Methodist church at Prairie City, with the Rev. R. T. White in charge. Burial will be made in the Waveland cemetery.
