Omaha, Neb. – Kenneth Percy Balmer, 94, of Omaha, Neb., formerly of Monroe, died Monday, May 14, in Omaha.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Roeder Mortuary in Omaha, Neb. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Omaha, Neb.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the funeral home
The son of John and Dena Witmer Balmer, he was born July 19, 1906, in Monroe. He worked as an auto flight controller for the Civil Services. He was married to Doris Jarnagin and later married Edna Nass.
Survivors include a nephew, Chuck Jarnagin, and many great–nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, second wife and a niece.

Mr. Balmer was a resident of Omaha, Nebraska, at the time of his death and was a former resident of Monroe.
