Lynn Cunningham, Former Newton Lawyer, Dies

Funeral services for Lynn Cunningham, 79, of 4512 Calhoun Ave., Sherman Oaks, Calif., a former resident and lawyer in Newton from 1930 to 1939 and a former resdient of Baxter., were held recently at the Episcopal Church in Van Nuys, Calif. Burial was in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood Hills, Calif.

He died recently in Van Nuys, Calif.

Survivors are his wife, Margaret; two sons, Craig and Paul; and several grandchildren.

He was born June 12, 1898 at Rhodes and attended Baxter schools. He was graduated from Drake University law school in Des Moines. ~ Newspaper unknown, possibly Newton Daily News, Newton, Iowa Mon 2 Feb 1978.
