Marjorie Raymie Livingston passed away July 2, 2015, in Vacaville, Calif., at the age of 91. She was born in Rizerville to Frank and Valeria (Holmes) Raymie. She attended schools in Newton, and graduated from Newton High in 1942.

On Nov. 8, 1969, she married Jack Livingston in Aurora, Colo. Marjorie was very resourceful and independent. She was also very patriotic and was proud that she was born on Flag Day. She enjoyed making baby afghans, quilts, crochet items, cooking for family and getting together with her Bunco group. She was known for making hundreds of fanciful frog beanbags and collecting butterfly items. She and Jack shared a love of fishing, gardening and woodworking. Jack preceded Marjorie in death in 1998.

Survivors include her daughter Barbara (Lynn) Vasquez; granddaughters, Mrs. Terry (Maria Alisa) Gragg and Mrs. Chad (Gina) Smith; five grandchildren; as well as stepdaughters Mrs. Bob (Patricia) Beaman and Mrs. Mel (Diane) Herd; six step-grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 20 at Vaca Hills Chapel, 524 Elmira Road in Vacaville, Calif.
