MONROE - Funeral services for Christopher Scott Wallace, 20, a lifelong resident of Monroe, Will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 7, at the Monroe United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Jerry Mc Gee, pastor of the church, will conduct services. Burial will be in Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.

Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe and family visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Wallace died Sunday at his home.

Survivors are his father, Jerry Wallace of Monroe; his mother, Karen Bennett Wallace of Monroe; two brothers, Chad and Craig, both of Monroe; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Lela Bennett of Reasnor; his paternal grandmother, Ruby Wallace of Monroe; and his maternal great-grandmother, Maude Schrader of Monroe.

He was preceded in death by a sister in infancy, and his paternal grandfather.

He was born Aug. 16, 1970 at Pella.
