Death of Mrs. Etta Rush

Relatives received word in Colfax early Tuesday morning that Mrs. Etta Rush had passed away at the Soldiers Home in Marshalltown, Monday night, March 21st.

Mrs. Rush will be remembered as the wife of the late N. B. Rush, formerly of Colfax and later of Ainsworth, Iowa, and the step-mother of Miss Mary Rush, Mrs. Minnie Jennings, Will and Ed Rush of Colfax, and Fred Rush of Rochester, Minn.

Mrs. Rush, with her husband, left Colfax in 1920 for Ainsworth, Iowa. She was about 69 years of age at the time of her death.

Funeral services were not complete when this was written, but it was thought they would be held Friday at Ainsworth, Iowa. Mrs. Minnie Jennings and Will Rush expect to attend the funeral. ~ The Colfax Tribune, Colfax, Iowa Thurs 24 Mar 1932.
