Frank Dow Dies of Heart Attack
Reasnor Resident Dies on Way to Doctor Sunday

Frank S. Dow, 58, died Sunday at the home of a brother, Arthur Dow, of a heart attack. Mr. Dow, a Reasnor resident, came to Newton to visit a doctor and stopped at the home of his brother where he died before medical aid could reach him.

Frank Dow was born June 19, 1880, and leaves as survivors his divorced wife, Mrs. Darah Dow of Newton and two children, Fred and Marjorie, four brothers, Thomas, James and John of Reasnor, Arthur Dow of Newton and one sister, Mrs. Westphall of Minneapolis, Minn.

Frank Dow Rites to Be Held Tomorrow

Funeral services for Frank S. Dow, 58, who died Sunday at the home of a brother, Arthur Dow, of a heart attack, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Murdoch Funeral home with Rev. H. LeRoy Kinser in charge. Interment will follow in the Newton Union Cemetery. ~ The Newton Daily News, July 26, 1938, page 1.
