Louise Warrick Dies Saturday, Services Tuesday
VALERIA – Mrs. Frank (Louise) Warrick, 51, of Valeria, a longtime Jasper County resident, died Saturday at the General Hospital in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax.
The Rev. Robert Block, pastor of the Christian Reformed Church in Newton, will conduct services. Burial will be in the McKeever Cemetery, north of Colfax.
Memorial contributions to the Des Moines General Hospital will be accepted. Memorials may be left at the funeral home.
Survivors are her husband; two sons, Rodney of Newton and Randy of Valeria; two daughters, Mrs. Jim (Connie) Erickson of Newton and Roberta Clement of Springfield, Mo.; her father, Lawrence Born of Deep Water, Mo.; her step-father and mother, Robert and Edna Clement of Newton and three brothers, Nolan Born of Shawnee Mission, Kan., Wayne Born of Gardiner, Kan., and Gene Born of Clinton, Mo.
Mrs. Warrick, a member of the Order of Eastern Star at Mitchellville, had been employed at the Farm Bureau and the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.
The daughter of Lawrence and Edna Louise Hood Born, she was born Sept. 17, 1926 at Newton and attended Newton schools.
She was married July 19, 1948 at Waterloo.
